On May 30, 2008 - JM Baragaño Biomedical and the UPR signed a multi-year agreement to provide Biomedical Technology Management Services to the Hospital UPR Dr. Federico Trilla in Carolina, Puerto Rico.

The agreement includes biomedical preventive maintenance and repair services, strategic technology planning, and consulting for accreditation, purchasing and equipment management.

Within the next three months, the UPR will start to see savings in efficiency gained by the services offered by JM Baragaño Biomedical PM and Cosnutling, Inc.
